white/yellowish discoloration

For the last couple of years i've been having problems with a disease on my tomato plants.usually it starts showing on the plants when they are about 2ft. tall.

In the top part of the plant the part of the leaf closest to the stem begins to turn white or light pale yellow.

then stunts the growth or kills the plant.

How do you manage weeds?

If you use Roundup (or another product with the acitve ingredient glyphosate) that could be the problem.
