Hi all, apologies if this has already been asked. I've not had luck doing searches on garden web.

My tomato plant leaves are turning spottie and dying. There are eggs all on the under side of the leaves- not in clusters, but spread out equadistant across the leaf.

Only one plant out of 17 seems to be infested. Any ideas what they are and how to get rid of them?
