Dark Spots and Curling New Growth - major problem???

One of My Cherry Tomato plants is in trouble! It's roughly 30-45 days old (about 1-1.5ft) and is planted in a large pot that drains well. The growing medium is a good mix of potting soil, composted manure and my own compost. It receives adequate sun, and plenty of water. Yesterday, I noticed dark spots and curling on some of the leaves at the top of the plant (Newer Growth). I monitor my plants pretty much everyday, so im almost certian this showed up "over night". Below are two pictures that show the affected leaves (Click to Enlarge). If anyone knows what this is, what the cause may be, and what (if any) the next steps are to restore a healthy plant... I would greatly appreciate it.

BTW, I have one other tomato plant (although growing in a different part of my yard), that was germinated from the same seed package, transplanted at the same time, in the same medium and container size; that is perfectly healthy
