Is this a disease or a nutrient deficiency???

the top 1/3 of some of my tomato plans are curling leaves and look like they have not been watered well. That is not the case. I have been watering every other day. Thanks

Tops can curl if they have too much water or not enough water. There are also diseases that cause curling, like curly top virus among others and bugs like aphids.

Gotta post some pictures if you can.
