Tomato Pests & Diseases

white and yellow tomato leaves

I have many tomatos with yellow leaves. Some have white splotches surrounded with yellow. Plants have been in the ground for about a week. For the first 5 days they were in the ground it rained alot. Is this a case of to much moisture, and will they rebound.

White splotches could be excess sunlight.
