Wilted container Tomato

Hi All..first, I joined GW in the early spring and this is the first post I've made since I've been able to find all my answers due to your extensive discussions here..thank you very much..

I'm a newbie from the Northeast and now live just north of San Francisco..I planted this tomato in March in an 8 gallon..it's been wilty like this for at least 3 weeks..the bottom leaves are curled but they have very few 'blight' spots..some brown along the outer edges..it's a determinate and I think I made the mistake of pruning the early suckers(my dad, a farmer in NY always did it but I realize now they were indeterminates)..the tomatoes are growing almost every day yet the couple of suckers are yellowish with green veins..

Any advice about what it is and what I should do?

Thanks very much in advance..
