Cherry tomato dieing

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my cherry tomato plant? I bought it several months ago and planted it in in a large pot and it went very well at first - it grew very quickly and had lots of flowers. Then all of a sudden all the leaves started going yellow and wilting (as you can see in the picture). However, the plant is still alive. Even though the leaves around them appeared dead, the flowers still produced plenty of fruit (although they seem a little sort of dried out and cracked), and I still have new leaves growing at the ends of the branches with new flowers! I have Googled diseases but nothing seems to quite match my plant. Is there anything I can do for it?

Tough to say much when we cn only see a frgmentof a plant.

    One thing: Looks starved.
Another: short of water (dry leaf edges)
Also probably heat stressed if against a south- or west-facing wall.

    What size container?
What did you use to fill the container?
    Any fertilizer yet?
Please post image of entire plant.

It would have been better to post the picture of the plant rather than its shadow.
