Heirloom Tomatos - pests? virus?

I have 11 tomatoes planted this year in a long row. Three - all heirlooms and all next to each other - are showing signs of trouble near the top of the plants. the leaves and stems look almost dirty, and there are small holes appearing in the leaves. the leaves are also shriveling away and all signs of growth have stopped. Does this look like anything that anyone recognizes? We have had a ton of rain. The plants have not been sprayed with anything any fed only once or twice well before any issues started. thanks for any help you guys may have!
