Black Aphids? First timer...

Hi All,

I'm not a "new" gardener, but I'm very new to tomatoes. This year I grew a few heirloom types from seed, and they're doing great so far - except my Omar's Lebanese and San Marzano plants seem to be covered with, what I *think*, may be winged black aphids. Picture attached. There are a LOT of them. So far, they don't seem to be causing any damage, but then, they haven't been around long.

My question: What are they, and how do I get rid of them if I need to? If they need to go away, I need some suggestions on organic or biological control.

Thanks!

-John
