Rose problem to tomatoes?

I put some tomatoes in containers out close to my wife's rose plant. It has, I think, black spot. Is there any chance of that transfering to my maters? They have been next to each other for almost a month and so far so good. My maters are looking good and setting fruit.

Black spot of roses is caused by a fungus that does not infect tomatoes. Your tomatoes may get a fungal disease, but they won't get it from the black spot on the roses.
