I.D. tomatoe pests and erradicate-photos

I have been infested on ony one of my tomatoe plants, a german yellow . can someone suggest a cure ? I have been using garlic pepper tea, but the results are minimal.

I see atleast 2 different bugs in the photos thanks in advance.

The small green things are aphids.

The smaller white things are cast skins from aphids.

thanks and thats what I figured although I thought the white skin was annother bug, thanks for clearing that up, usually stink bugs are my big problem, aphids #2
