ID Help on Tomato Disease

My Mortgage Lifter tomato plant has been planted in a self-watering container for about 4 weeks now. I thought it was doing fine until I noticed spots on the leaves yesterday after several days of heavy on and off rain. Older leaves have yellow areas and younger ones have small, light brown spots. Any ideas what this is and an organic solution?

Going on vacation later today and don't want to lose all my other tomato plants (but I'm willing to drive back an hour to take care of this if there is an organic treatment).
