Possible cut worm Flower tops cut off

I am having trouble trying to identify the insect that is cutting the tips (flower tops) off of some of my tomatos. Mountain Pride, Celebrity and Grape. Some Yellow Pear and Tiger(Mr. Stripey)

I have not been able to find ANY feeding either day or night. I have some fruits that show possible fruitworm damage but, as far as I can tell the fruitworm does not cut off the flower tips. It is possible that I have 2 seperate insects doing this damage however, I can NOT find ANY insects within the fruit. I can see where the fruit has HAD feeding going on yet, I still have yet to see ANY insects. No larva in fruit. Does ANYONE have ANY suggestions or a link that could help me identify my pest(s)?

Is it the blossom loss that is the main symptom? Or is there signs of chewed blossom stems? I sure can't think of any insect that does that!
