What is destroying my Aunt Ruby?

We've had an exceptionally wet spring here in central IL and the heat and humidity came on hard this week. Now my Aunt Ruby German green has brown patches on the main stem. I immediately got a bottle of Mancozeb and douse her down as well as all the other plants in the vicinity. I cut off one of the stems most affected and took some pictures. Is there anything that will save this plant or should I get it out of the garden to limit the spread. This is a major bummer because this is the most anticipated tomato in my garden.
