Can't ID this Tomato Pest - Not typical one!

I have searched all the typical tomato pests online and can't seem to find this one anywhere. There were about 10-15 on my 3 cherry tomato plants (in a large pot) this morning after a heavy rain last night. It is very hot and humid here right now. They are about 1/4" big and can fly. Also, they are eating holes in the leaves. I want to know what they are so I can know if/how to treat for them. Thanks!
