Help me diagnose this tomato problem- pics

The oldest leaves on my tomato plants are all covered with holes - which look like they're pest related - but also with brown spots with the center falling out, which might be a blight or something? Can anyone tell me what the issue might be? The link below is to a larger more detailed photo.

Also, I'm trying to stay organic with my home garden, so it would be great to get organic / natural / creative solutions.

Not a disease. Instead root initials -- triggered by excess moisture/humidity and/or plant stress.

If the plant is dying, look for the primary reason. This isn't it.

So, my Dad came over and showed me the whiteflies on these plants... turns out that's my issue. Anyone have tips for getting rid of whiteflies in a big outdoor garden? I picked up some Neem Oil and am starting there.
