tiny bugs making brown holes in unripe tomato

| Anyone know what kind of bug this is and what type of pest control I can use without putting nasty chemicals on the fruit? They are super small dark colored bugs and seem to infest a larger hole in the fruit and make it rot. |

| Likely secondary to the critters which made the holes in the first place. |
