Tomato Pests & Diseases

My tomatoes are ugly, scarred and or rotton on the vine. See pic.

I dont know what my problem is, but last year and this year my tomatoes rot, crack, scare...you name it. What is my problem? Tomatoes are being grown in tucson arizona in 15 gallon planters buckets. In the past I've used Daconil/Ortho Garden Disease Control and occassionally used a garden safe insecticide spray called "Seven" (I beleive it is veggie safe)
