I have a jungle of tomato plants(heirlooms)and couple days ago I notice some wilting on 1 plant the next day it was 2 plants so I google tomato wilting leaves and they suggest a bacterial or fungi problem,went to the garden and pulled both of the plants then I notice bumps all over the stems on both plants google it again and it turn out to be root initials or something like that due to overwatering I wish I had new this before I had already water them again we went from really wet weather to insane hot,humid,drought yuck,so I guess my question is do plants recover from this and how do I prevent this in the future?by the way I have 1 more plant with lots of bumps but not wilting yet...
