Curious - that doesn't look like a tomato plant to me. Stalk and stems look like something else. What variety is the plant?

Tomato plants will grow roots from their stems, as when not staked, they will put down those roots and spread horizontally. I agree with previous poster, those don't look like any tom I've ever seen, except for the rooting.

Where are you geographically?

A couple of those pictures look like a gall growth of some kind. And they can happen on tomatoes, though that's very rare. Most of the internet sources mention its existence in the UK, on grafted tomatoes in greenhouses. See below.

I have to agree with others that those don't look like tomato stems or leaves to me. Maybe it's an unusual variety?

Go back to the pictures. And enlarge them greatly. Then look at the lesions.

As said, root initials. That's true whether or not the plant is a tomato.

my plants are doing the same thing along with some bottom wilting,chlorsis and necrosis. what can i do about these root initials.

If they're root initials, the wilting, chlorosis and necrosis are due to something else.

Perhaps water? As in not enough? Or too much? Or uneven supply? Or what?
