What's wrong with my plants?

I live in zone 6 (NJ). Some of my tomato plants look like the one in the included photo. Any idea what's going on with them? Only other thing i can think of is the fact that we had a cool and rainy June, or some got blight infected already? I have been spraying and I did the trick of using bleach and baby shampoo in water sprayed onto the soil weeks before planting. I'm a bit stumped. Not all my plants look like this (possibly yet), anything i can do?
