New growth is looking bad - pics

I have numerous tomato plants growing right now, and what was once the healthiest looking plant is looking really bad right now. The new growth is yellow with brown spots, and the blossoms are looking really bad as well. The bottom looks much better than the new growth. This is a Japanese tomato plant, and has many healthy looking tomatoes right now - the newer tomatoes don't look too good (there's a pic below).

It started looking really bad about a week ago. All the other tomato plants look healthy. I'm afraid this one plant is going to infect my healthy looking 'Black Krim' right next to it and the other plants as well.

What is this disease, and can I bring this plant back to health? Should I yank it, so it doesn't infect my other plants?

Thanks again for any assistance to a newbie like me!

PS - I'm in Southern California, and it's been really warm lately. However, none of the other tomato plants have this problem.
