Red Spider Mites on Eggplant - Pics Included

Folks, I know question has been asked before but I followed few different things last year and it didnt help
1. Organicide - did not help
2. Neem Oil - Got it, havent tried
3. No More Spider Mites - I cant find anyone posting any review on it yet.
I would like to hear from professional and home growers on the best way to rid of these red spider mites so I can enjoy my eggplants. I prefer organic method, otherwise I would not hesitate to go chemicals if need be.
Please help.
Here in picture from last year infestation and I lost my crop.
Here are my bolting eggplants that I want to save from getting infestation again, I alraedy spotted red mites underside of leaves.
