Tomato Plant Wilting

Help! I have a 4+ ft tall First Prize tomato that is wilting from the top. When first found I thought I had missed watering it. Three days later plant looks worse. Wilt is further down the plant. No discolored or curling leaves or leaf drop. The main stem appears undamaged as far as I can tell. The plant just looks wilted. Shall I remove it as I have a dozen other healthy plants near by? Can I plant another tomato in it's place? I am thinking No? It is so full of fruit. Sigh.... Thanks
