all three plants have formed grey/brown spots that seem to soften/rot the spot they are on, and they are only on a few leaves, and there is not much.

First, it would be helpful if you indicated on your member page where you garden in terms of trying to figure out diseases.

So, where do you garden? LOL

Spots on the leaves can indicate either foliage diseases or in some cases systemic diseases.

So could you please describe the spots in detail as to size, shape and whether or not you see any concentric rings inside the spots and whether or not you see yellow halos around the spots.

Any wilting?

Any dark colored lesions on thne stems?

Plants are inground or in a container?

I'd ignore the curled leaves on the beefsteak unless other symptoms appear.

no specific shape, no yellow, now they just have turned into dry spots that crackle away.
there are no "ring" just maybe one "spot" inside the area then they seem to dry into dead brown dry spots.

that is the only way to describe.
