Phosphorus deficiency or Curly Top Virus??

... or something else? It has been cold for a while, which I know can cause Phosphorus deficiency, but it also looks a lot like the pics I've seen of Curly top virus. The veins and stems are very purple, the leaves are curling up, and they're not growing all that well in general. I just need to know if I should start over now (in case it's the virus) or just wait until it gets a little warmer which should solve the deficiency problem, I believe.
