Little green worms

Posted by midwestvintage z4 IA (My Page) on

My plants have these little green worms, look like inch worms but small. I have leaf damage but since I only have 2 tomatoes so far don't know if they will eat the fruit. We are having problems with army worms, do they look like this when they first hatch? I have in grown plants and potted plants and they are in the potted ones which is strange. I don't want to use any chemicals to control them, any suggestions?

Thanks.

RE: Little green worms

Use BT. It's a bacterial (i.e. not a chemical) and harmless to all other organisms other than worms/caterpillars.
