Leaf disease?

Hi,
My two plants have been doing well, but the last couple of days I've noticed a lot of leaves are turning yellow and some even have started curling and turning dark at the ends. I'm attaching a picture. Any ideas what it could be? Thank you!

Image of only one leaf needs to be supplemented with one of the plant overall. Would you post it please?
