What is this tomato problem?

This came on VERY suddenly. (see photos) I have one Celebrity plant (VFNT) in a container. I'm in San Diego where the humidity is very low. The container is on a second floor patio and gets good sun and airflow. The only other plant nearby is a plumeria that appears very healthy.
My guesses at this point is powdery mildew or late blight.
I doused it with Serenade while I try to isolate the disorder.
What are your guesses and why?
