what disease is this? with pictures

Hi! Im trying to figure out what is wrong with my tomato plants. Bought some earth-tone 3n1 fungicide/insecticide. Unfortunately you are not supposed to use it if temps get above 90 degrees, which it is. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
