Curly top disease?

I think I've now got Curly Top disease (tomato mosaic virus). I have never had any problems before this year, apart from a little lower leaf loss late in the season and some hornworms, but this year has been a total mess. First it was what I thought was Early Blight, but am now convinced is Septoria Leaf Spot. I sprayed with Daconil and it appears to have slowed it down, but I waited too long.

I first noticed this new affliction on my awful looking Jefferson Giant plants, which were so heavily hit by CRUD that they were pretty much doomed from the beginning, but rallied valiantly, but have now developed this curly top problem. This evening I noticed that at least half of my 53 plants now have these symptoms. Here's a photo...
