Twisted stems and curled leaves on tomatoes???

I put my celebrity and big boys in the a month ago. Raised garden bed. And no whiteflies or any other bugs. My tomato plant growth has slowed down and the top few stems off the main branch are twisting, curled up. So are the leaves. Leaves are green. No spots or yellow. Soil moisture is good.

So I tested my soil 4" down. ph is good. N is depleted. Phos is depleted. Potash is sufficient. I hoping this isn't a twisted leaf virus that I saw browsing the net and maybe something I can remedy.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Need pictures!

Beyond that, any chance of herbicides (weed killers) used anywhere in the vicinity?

No herbicides. I'll figure out how to send some pics tomorrow.
