You don't say how big a spot but I believe the problem you are experiencing is caused by stink bugs. Look your plants over to see if you can find any before spraying.

Thank you. I looked but didn't see any stink bugs but did look at some of the green tomatoes and there are spots on the outside of them that looks like something has bitten them. The spots are really small but they are hard inside the tomato making them where you have to cut out the spots and it ruins the tomato except of a few bites. Sometimes there are more than one spot.

I will keep a watch out on the tomatoes and look for the bugs. Thanks again for your input.

Stink bugs
Brown, green, or black shield-shaped bugs that give off a foul odor. They suck juices from the plant and cause hard, whitish spots just under the skin of the fruit. Sprays are effective.

Stinkbug bites are yellow and underneath is white tissue where the cells have been killed by the toxin injected, but stinkbugs usually bite only ripe tomatoes.

There are a number of diseases where there can be spots on the unripe fruits, but all of them have, usually, other symptoms that go along with those diseases.

You haven't really described the color or size of the spots and whether there's a dark area in the center.

Could you please do that?
