Spots and cracks on tomato leaves and fruits

Please help me if you can.
I have a mortgagelifter a brandywine and a roma tomato plant that are all full of almost ready to harvest fruits, but, look at these pictures...i think I'm gonna loose them all !! The top right pic is a tomato that appears to have split open due to over watering while ripening up.

Top left, probably a disease.
Bottom middle "Crud" disease?
Bottom right - disease (anthracnose?)
