Tomato Problem

Hi, My tomato plants are having tomatos that are starting to turn ripe while the are very small. The brand name is Bonnie Plants, and the plant name is Better Bush. I have planted these in past years and have always had nice medium size tomatos.Also,the plant has not grown as high as they usually do. Thanks, Don
