Is it CMV is the leaves are purple?

I have had some curling on the upper branches of most of my tomatoes. Kind of like rlanza's in another post. I have looked at Dx pics and the deformation looks like CMV, but the leaves have a vague purplish tint to them...not yellowish. Any thoughts?

Jean, I don't know how to make the pics small enough to be "legal" here. I posted to the other board and I think you took a look. (Thanks!) I really don't think it was pesticide, though I can see why you'd say that. All the reasons why not are in my last reply, linked below.

As I said in your other post, herbicides can drift a long distance. Also, even though it's an organic garden, not a people play by the rules.

Your problem is herbicide. Allthe reasons are on my recent post on that thread.

Also not virus, nor excess fertilizer as others have suggested.
