Rain / disease connection?

Of a sudden, after a week of so of the 24 hour a day slow soaking from the hurricane, I find about half of my "in the ground" tomatoes developing some sort of yellowing, spotting, dying off... I suspect early blight, but amnot sure.
Heres picts of leaf andmottled fruit, if anyone can make a good guess as to (a) what's wrong, and suggest (b) what to do..
