BER on tomatoes

I am growing 3 kinds of cherry tomatoes in 7 gallon grow bags.
After a week of awful thunderstorms with 20-30 mph winds,no
surprise, I'm starting to get BER on my yellow cherry tomatoes.The red tomatoes are fine only the yellows have been affected. Can anyone explain why? Thanks.
