Is it safe to eat tomatoes that have holes in them?

I have already cut out the holes on some of my tomatoes and have eaten the rest which do not seem to be exibiting any taste variations from the tomatoes that do not have holes in them. Is there any possible adverse reation or illnes tht can occur from eating these tomatoes?

Thanks,

dwj

No, they're fine. You have to get used to trimming out the nasty parts if you grow your own.
