Tomato Wilt

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but I have read so many different postings that it is all starting to run together.

One of my tomato plants is wilting, the leaves (all of them from top to bottom) are all dark green but wilted. There is no yellowing of the lower leaves. It looks like someone poured hot water all over it, yet all the other plants around it are just fine. They are watered every 2-3 days (depending on heat) on a timer and with soaker hoses. I have a moisture meter and the soil is moist all of my other plants are thriving. I fertilize with osmocote every other week. It has been like this for 4 days now.

I did notice on the plant in question, there are adventitious (sp?) roots forming toward the soaker hose on the base of the stem. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance!

Jeff
