Battling Stink/leaf foot bugs Safe to eat Tomatoes?

Help! I am battling stink bugs and leaf foot bugs. I have just sprayed Neem oil and it has helped (i think) with everything BUT these two...I'm trying to do this organically but I am looking hard at the sevin or anything else at this point...HELP! I've also done the garlic/onion spray. Also, is it safe to eat the tomatoes that they've snacked on? I have tiny yellow spots on my tomatoes at their injection? sites. Then the yellow seems to spread under the skin of the tomatoes. I just want to throw my hat in and say forget it. And, my garden backs up to a huge soybean field, which I'm sure gets the best chemicals around.

If everyone tossed the tomatoes that had been snacked on by those insects, we'd never get to eat any! However, the soybean field would worry me.
