I've searched and can't figure out what is going on. This plant has looked healthy and was/is bearing tons of fruit. The leaves were strong and healthy until just recently. As the fruits began to blush, small brown spots appeared on the leaves. It starts at the tip of a branch and the leaves go limp. There is also some brown marks on the stem near those leaves. I don't know if it is the same thing that is causing the fruit to be turning strange colors or if I have two independent issues going on. Most of the plant still looks very healthy. Less than 5% of the leaves show any signs of trouble.

I would appreciate all input to help me resolve this.

Oh... this is an Early Girl indeterminate hybrid, purchased from home depot in a 3" pot.
