First aid for Septoria?

Many of my tomato plants are showing signs of Septoria leaf spot on a few of their lowest leaves. The plants otherwise look very healthy. Should I pull off leaves that have spots, or just keep an eye on the plants and hope that if the weather stays warm and dry, the symptoms will be mild? Other things being equal, I'd rather not create extra work for myself by overreacting.

Following Carolyn's advice, I've pulled off the affected leaves, and will keep an eye on the plants. I've done the same for some other lower leaves that have yellow pie-wedge-shaped patches, in case that's a symptom of some other fungus. Hoping that cleanliness and good weather will keep the plants healthy!
