tomato psyllid control

I'm wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions on what to use to contro the tomato psyllid? I've had them every year since '03, and have used different things. It seems that they are very difficult to get rid of.

Thanks Jean, I was kind of hoping that someone here at Gardenweb might have had the same problem and could share their experiences. I've been following the articles every year since that one in the San Diego Herald came out in '05. There's just not a lot of information available on "effective" control.
