I cannot figure this out

One of my CP tomato plants is stunted, with dark, dark green leaves. The leaves have holes in them near the tips of the leaf petioles. I cannot find an insect on the plant, so I have no idea what is happening.
Any help??
Thanks,
AJ

RE: I cannot figure this out

I don't have an answer for you. Most causes of stunting cause yellowing as well, and you mention it's a deep green. I'm not sure that the holes are the same issue. Holes make me think chewing insects of some kind.

Are the leaves otherwise distorted -- long and thin, cupped upward or downward, or tiny and crinkled? Or is the plant just not growing as quickly as the rest?
