Because our 26 tomato plants planted last season did so well in the garden, I decided to grow them this season from seed... so about 25 varities, over a month of work, and somewhere over 300 plants coming up (in the little bathroom cups I planted each seed in), THEY ARE BEING EATEN ALIVE!!! Those white crooked lines (we "had" army worms in our mesquite trees, so I suspect moths), but then there are 100's of flies from time to time too around the plants. Seven Dust doesn't help. I've been plucking the infected leaves off each afternoon. Tonight i've laid aluminum foil beneath the pots (something I read somewhere), AND I think I have flea beetles eating holes in the leaves that are left. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I'LL TRY ANYTHING TO SAVE THEM... If I would have researched BEFORE I planted, I would have planted herbs and things around them, but I didn't...
