The rolling may just be due to heat or other stress (overwatering, underwatering, and too much fertilizer can be a few of the causes of leaf roll).

Perhaps they are getting too much fertilizer, which can cause leaf burn on the edges of the leaves, as well as leaf roll. How often are you fertilizing the plants and what kind of fertilizer are you using?

What do the stems look like? Any discoloration on the stems or fruit?

Those are the first thing to consider. I wouldn't think of disease just yet.

I am fertilizing about once per month. I fertilized them on Sunday with MiracleGro tomato fertilizer, mixed with Seaweed Magic. I gave them a heavy feeding so that may be the issue. Should I try heavy watering to flush out the fertilizer? They are in a well draining raised bed, so I can do this without causing root rot... Thanks!

I'm betting the neighbor didn't water quite enough during the heat wave... that looks like lack of water to me. If you didn't fertilize them until three days ago, that rather takes fertilizer burn out of the picture; it takes several days for fertilizer burn to show up, and you were already seeing this then, right?

Either way, it doesn't look like disease, not with those identical dead margins all along the leaves... that's environmental, and odds are if the weather stays reasonable it won't happen again. :)
