Tomato leaves turning yellow and brown with holes

I had early problems with flea beetles leaving lots of little holes in my tomato leaves. I sprayed with a garlic/chili/soap spray and that seemed to cut down on the damage.

I was away last week and returned to find my Tiny Tim tomato plant looking very sick. The leaves are showing some yellow, with brown spots and some larger holes too. These sick leaves are all over the plant, not just at the bottom.

My other tomatoes, Roma VF, and Lemon Boy are also showing similar symptoms, but mostly just on the lower leaves.

Could you tell me what this is, and offer some suggestions to fix it?

That's early blight. No reliable genetic resistance is available. About this time of year, I prune off all the lower leaves that have lesions to reduce inoculum. The damage will stop 2 feet or so up the plant, where the leaves stay dry.
