Brown Spots on Sides of Tomatoes

Hello,
I am growing Lemony tomatoes in a container. Most of the green fruit has what looks like BER but it is not on the blossom end. There are thumbprint sized brown spots, one or two each, on the sides of the green fruit. The area is not just discolored but also is a but mushy. Any ideas? I am growing seven other varieties under the same conditions and none of them have this problem.

| I have same problem. Can not see any bugs, etc. on tomatoes. |

| Got the same rot on my Bush Early Girl plant but the other varieties are OK |
