What is the most economical brand of Neem Oil and where can I find it ??

Just exactly what is neem oil and what does it do? I'm new to gardening and need help with tomatoes.

It is an organic fungicide, insecticide and miticide. For a complete description "Google" neem oil and you will find lots of information.
I'm using it for spider mites.

Here are some brand names to google: Neem-Away, Shield All, Safer Bio-Neem, Green Light Rose Defense, Green Light Tomato & Vegetable Spray. Shield All is from www.gardensalive.com. The Safer Bio-Neem may be easily available at garden centers.

I bought some yesterday to alternate every 7 days with kelthane for two spotted mites that are tearing me up..
THe guy said it blocks the breathing pores on the mites. I guess they use cell membranes to breath through and the neem oil blocks this.
